Bryan owns and operates Studio 23 here in Nashville, and Holly is a professional counselor.

Over the years Bryan and Holly have had many out-of-town songwriters who've come to Studio 23 to demo their songs or produce their CDs and they all seemed to agree on one thing . . . hotel bills in Nashville are very high!

In response, Bryan and Holly felt prompted to open their home to songwriters in 1998 in an attempt to help them stretch their budgets. For the past nine years The Writer's Room has been blessed to host writers and other creatives from all parts of the U.S. as well as Canada, Europe, the U.K., New Zealand, and beyond.
